The TECH4MILK platform involves the main players of the Piedmontese milk production chain, with the objectives of improving the whole production chain sustainability, form primary production, to transformation, to digitalize certification and traceability, to improve animal welfare, to introduce technology solution to increase circular economy and reduce waste, to find new communication strategy towards consumers, to promote tools to improve competitiveness of Piedmontese dairy production on national and international market, while promoting social and environmental values.
