Infrastruttura Metrologica Per la Sicurezza Alimentare (IMPreSA) develops research activities and metrological services in support of food safety and sustainability.
In IMPreSA, advanced analytical techniques and metrological skills are integrated for the development and application of reference methods and materials and standardized procedures for the characterization of food matrices and materials and objects in contact with food.
An emerging and innovative reality based on consolidated experiences and skills in support of food safety and sustainability, aimed at businesses and consumers.
